Long Island City Arts Open 2014
I am excited to once again be involved in Long Island City Arts Open 2014 (LICAO) with the presentation of two large-scale kinetic sculptures in a group show at The Gotham Center!
The show at The Gotham Center is titled: Go Figure and includes 14 artists who all draw inspiration from the figure as a starting point.
I am presenting two very large scale kinetic figurative steel sculptures. The first is a graceful female figure in flight (video below); the second is a ten foot tall man on a swing whom you can give a push.
The show runs from May 14th – May 18th 12-6 pm
LICAO closing party at The Gotham Show on Sunday May 18th from 6-9pm. Please come to the reception on Sunday it will be a great time and I look forward to seeing you!
